Holman Enterprises, a member of the Holman family, is hiring a Title Clerk for BMW of Fort Lauderdale. This role records incoming titles daily, processes titles from dealerships, and handles customer inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism.

You will support operations around title accuracy, invoice matching, and service excellence. ideal candidates have at least 1 year of title clerk experience, strong communication skills, and basic bookkeeping; the role offers full-time hours and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of title clerk experience.
• Bookkeeping experience would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and accurately record incoming titles daily according to procedures.
• Accurately process incoming titles daily from dealerships and match consignor checks to title/invoice.
• Answer customer inquiries in person, email, fax or phone in a professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve title-related issues (odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.).
• Match sold titles with invoices and maintain confidentiality.
