Holman, a family-owned global automotive services organization, is opening Porsche North Miami and seeking a Title Clerk to ensure accurate processing of vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation in compliance with state guidelines. The role involves managing title work through CVR or out-of-state agencies, and coordinating with Finance and other departments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–3 years in an office role, and familiarity with dealership systems like CDK.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Comfortable with office equipment (computers, scanners, printers, phone systems).
• 2-3 years of experience in an office or administrative role; automotive dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all title work through appropriate systems (e.g., CVR) or out-of-state tag agencies.
• Register sold vehicles with the DMV and manage title reassignment as needed.
• Maintain and request vehicle titles; process refunds for overpaid registration fees.
• Audit transaction deals and upload missing documents into CDK or other dealership systems.
• Coordinate paperwork flow between Finance and other departments.
• Assist with billing for wholesale deals and title reassignment for auctioned vehicles.
