• Open and accurately record incoming titles daily.
• Process incoming titles and match consignor checks to titles and invoices.
• Answer customer inquiries in person, e-mail, fax or telephone in a professional manner.
• Troubleshooting title-related issues such as odometer discrepancies.
• Match sold titles with invoices.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Support team to ensure service levels on sale and customer promotion dates.
