Holman is hiring a Service Booker/Cashier at BMW Pembroke Pines in Florida to support daily service operations by coding and booking repair orders, verifying labor and parts charges, handling payments, and scheduling service appointments. The role requires strong organization, dependability, and collaboration across departments to maintain accurate dealership records.

Typical responsibilities include reviewing orders, calculating totals, processing payments, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous automotive dealership, warranty, cashier experience preferred.
• 2+ years of automotive warranty or related industry experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems and automotive repair orders is a plus.
• Willingness to satisfy our background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Code and book completed repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review repair orders to ensure correct labor times, labor operations, parts charges, and sublet pricing.
• Verify repair order totals and report necessary corrections to management to prevent inaccuracies.
• Serve as a liaison between the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Dispatcher, Parts Department, and Service Technicians.
• Calculate the total cost of services performed and products purchased by customers.
• Accept and process cash, check, and credit card payments accurately.
• Record payments received, issue receipts, and provide customers with the correct change.
• Handle returns and issue credit memorandums as directed by management.
• Scan and upload closed repair orders into the Dealership Management System (DMS).
• Respond to incoming service calls and route customer inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Schedule, confirm, and update service appointments.
• Contact customers who are due or past due for scheduled maintenance or service.
• Maintain organized and accurate service records.
• Assist with administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
