Qualifications

• Review title exams and documents with attention to details.
• Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication.

• Manage multiple orders and data inputs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review title exams per firm checklist and TA direction.
• Enter data into Qualia to produce title documents.
• Flag defects or issues to underwriter/TA.
• Note actions taken in Qualia and per files.
