Job summary

Deluxe, a leading provider of media and entertainment services, seeks a Title Manager, Lead in Burbank. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of titles/projects, manage a team of junior leads, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet deadlines and budgets. The role reports to the Director, Title Management.

You will play a key role in client-facing updates, risk mitigation, and process improvements while ensuring high quality and financial accountability across projects.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years’ experience across client services/order management with demonstrated management ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, experience in presenting to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end post-production, including marketing campaign execution.

About The Role

The Title Manager, Lead, may be dedicated to one client or be client agnostic and will maintain end-to-end accountability for delivery of assigned titles/projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality. This role will oversee and serve as a point of escalation for a team of junior title leads. This person must communicate with all departments to ensure deadlines are being met and report back to senior leadership with the status of projects. Responsibilities
  • End-to-end oversight for delivery of assigned title/project on time, within budget, and to required quality.
  • Participates in client facing communication to provide proactive updates, evolve issues, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Understand ongoing initiatives and tasks within the team, contributing to discussions and decision making.
  • Communicate with clients to understand title and/or project scope.
  • Manage large localization projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Improve localization pipeline in collaboration with leadership, Localization, Operations and Product teams.
  • Monitors localization service quality and ensures that continuous process improvement efforts are planned and executed by internal teams or vendors.
  • Anticipate risks and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders globally across all levels and functions.
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor client reporting to identify trends and issues.
  • Capable of comprehensively speaking to ongoing portfolio of work.
  • Act as points of escalation for Order Management if client communication is required.
  • Accountability over billing accuracy for project and/or title.
  • Provide informal training for junior and/or pooled project leads.
  • May own individual client relationships within customer.
  • Other duties, projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years’ experience across client services/order management with demonstrated management ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, experience in presenting to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end post-production, including marketing campaign execution.
  • Ability to meticulously review orders, documentation, and data throughout end-to-end title/project management process.
  • Agile in adapting to plans to overcome unexpected challenges and meet deadlines; flexibly adapts own personal response to change.
  • Possess learning agility, self-awareness, and accountability; seeks and is open to feedback; applies insights to cultivate personal growth and development.
  • High level of attention to detail for ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork. Experience working with cross-functional teams both locally and globally.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
  • Skilled in escalation management and crisis resolution.
  • Comfortable and skilled in working with data, with ability to effectively interpret, synthesize, and integrate complex data into systems.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with localization platforms, file formats, project management tools and databases.
  • Experience with Machine Translation or other emerging AI concepts.
  • Linguistic understanding of multiple languages.

This role is based in Burbank, CA and the base pay range for this role is $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually. Actual amounts will vary depending on education, skills, experience, and geographic location.
