• Guides parties through the civil rights investigatory process and options available.
• Develops investigator plans and analyzes complaints to identify witnesses and evidence.
• Writes fact-finding reports with clear articulation of facts and evidence.
• Communicates with parties, witnesses and offices involved in investigations.
