Ardán is hiring a Title Insurance Business Development Representative to expand our presence in Osceola and Polk Counties and nearby Central Florida markets. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in title insurance, real estate, lending, or related industry fields.
  • Demonstrated success in business development or sales-focused roles.
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a field-based, multi-county territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-lasting relationships with agents and referral partners within Osceola and Polk Counties, with expansion into adjacent markets as needed.
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities and enhancing service delivery.
  • Identify, research, and qualify for new prospective agents throughout assigned counties.
  • Secure new business through effective outreach and compelling presentations.
  • Develop and execute a strategic call plan tailored to the Osceola/Polk corridor and surrounding areas.
  • Represent The Closing Agent at local real estate associations, networking groups, community events, and industry programs.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the Real Estate, lending, and builder communities.
  • Deliver dynamic, audience-appropriate presentations to offices and groups of all sizes.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure Evaluate agent needs and implement tailored solutions.

Position Summary
