Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with federal grants, grant compliance, or grant reporting preferred.
• Experience coordinating projects through planning, implementation, and evaluation phases preferred.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant activities across campus with the Title III Project Lead.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress toward grant objectives and identify challenges or delays.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-up related to grant activities.
• Facilitate communication among project personnel and stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records of grant activities and documentation.
• Monitor grant expenditures and ensure alignment with budget categories.
• Assist with grant reporting and compliance documentation.
• Establish and maintain data collection systems for grant outcomes.
• Prepare and submit required federal and institutional grant reports.
