Job summary

Trumbull County ESC is seeking a Title I Tutor at Girard Intermediate School for the 2026-2027 school year. The role focuses on tutoring students in Mathematics, English Language Arts, and STEM for grades 4-6.

Qualified candidates should hold an Ohio teaching certificate or license and be highly qualified, with the ability to work well in a team, and pass BCI/FBI background checks and drug testing. The position is part-time with a daily schedule at Girard Intermediate.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio teaching certificate/license in appropriate grade level(s) preferred.
• Must possess highly qualified status.
• Must have ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience with or knowledge of research-based instructional strategies preferred.
• Must have successful BCI & FBI background checks.
• Must have successful drug test results.
• Must be willing and able to carry out the duties of the job description.
• Must perform any additional duties as assigned by building/district administration.
