Job Description
JOB GOAL:
Improve academic achievement in reading and mathematics for elementary Title I students.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful candidate will have experience working with elementary children in an educational setting.
Candidate will demonstrate understanding of child development and instructional practices.
Background/experience providing small group instruction working under supervising teacher.
MA Educator License preferred. Degree from accredited four-year college, or equivalent.
MAJOR DUTIES:
Under the direct supervision of a teacher, provide small group instruction in reading and mathematics to Title I students.
Collect informal student progress data.
Position Type: Part-time
Salary: $37 to $37 Per Hour
