Responsibilities

• Instructional Support: guides students to reinforce reading, language arts, mathematics, and computer skills.
• Classroom Management: assist with behavioral management to maintain an on-task learning environment.
• Student Supervision: supervise students in lunch, bus duty, playground, halls, and field trips.
• Assessment & Grading: assist with administering and correcting classroom exercises and tests.
• Materials & Prep: prepare and distribute educational materials; support lesson planning.
• School Support: assist counseling or administration; help with record-keeping of student performance.
• Safety & Compliance: follow safety rules and proper procedures for student assistance.
