Tree of Knowledge is seeking an elementary Title I Reading professional to manage Title I caseloads and deliver targeted reading support in a flexible program.

The role involves preparing lessons for Title I time, collaborating with classroom staff, and keeping up with best practices in reading instruction. Training and reporting duties are part of the position.

Competenze

• Holds caseload of Title I students.
• Experience providing pull-out or in-class supplemental instruction.
• Evaluates the progress of Title I students and designs progress reports.
• Prepares the lessons that Title I students will work on during Title I time.

To create a flexible elementary grade Title I Reading program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with pupils; to motivate pupils to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for overall elementary grade education, in accordance with each pupil's ability; to establish good relationships with parents and with other staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Holds caseload of Title I students
