Qualifications

• Active Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Experience in growth-focused coaching with frequent observations, debriefs, and progress monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans with ability to modify during the school year.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Utilize evidence-based best practices in planning and instruction.
• Manage student behavior and maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with families regarding academic and social-emotional growth.
