Qualifications

• Active and current Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working in urban education settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans for Reading, adapting as needed throughout the year.
• Differentiate instruction to meet all students’ needs.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and development.
• Utilize research-based best practices in daily planning and instruction.
• Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
• Incorporate technology into daily practice to support learning.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate with families.
