ACCEL Schools LLC's Northside Preparatory Academy in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Title I Teacher to deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction to EK-8 students and support social-emotional growth. The role requires Ohio teaching licensure, a bachelor's in education, and a collaborative, growth-oriented coaching environment.

You will differentiate instruction, maintain records, and communicate with families.

Qualifications

• Active and current state of Ohio teaching license in the appropriate content area.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field required.
• Ability to thrive in a growth-focused coaching environment with frequent observations, debriefs, action planning, and progress monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to properly manage confidential information.
• Experience working in an urbanschool environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans with the ability to modify during the school year.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
• Utilize research-based best practices in daily planning and instruction.
• Manage student behavior in the classroom.
• Create a positive classroom environment for students to learn in.
• Incorporate technology into daily classroom practice to support learning.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
