Illinois Education Job Bank is seeking an Title I Reading Teacher to provide supplemental reading instruction and intervention services to elementary students who need additional support in reading and literacy.

The teacher will work to improve reading achievement through research-based strategies, targeted interventions, progress monitoring, and collaboration with classroom teachers, administrators, and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education is required.
• Illinois teaching certification or licensure is expected.
• Experience with elementary reading instruction and literacy interventions preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide supplemental reading instruction and targeted interventions to elementary students.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to support reading outcomes.
