Responsibilities

• Provides targeted Tier II literacy support to students identified as at risk in Title I School-Wide and Title I Targeted Assistance settings.
• Adheres to Title I mandates.
• Uses push-in or pull-out models for Tier II instruction beyond classroom instruction.
• Uses assessment data to target instruction and monitor student progress.
• Collaborates with classroom teachers, staff, building principals, ELA/Title I Coordinator to identify students needing intervention.
• Develops differentiated lesson plans and assembles instructional materials to meet students' needs.
• Evaluates the progress of all students receiving services.
• Coordinates services with Reading/Literacy Specialists and EL Teachers.
