Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment that fosters academic success in reading, language arts, mathematics, and other designated subjects.
• Provide supplemental instruction through both push-in and pull-out models during school hours and, when applicable, after-school programs.
• Utilize digital tools, such as iPads, tablets, and laptops, to enhance instructional delivery through online lessons and interactive activities.
• Analyze student assessment data to develop individualized learning pathways and targeted activities that support and reinforce classroom instruction.
• Adhere to deadlines and submit all required compliance and reporting documentation to FACTS Education Solutions in accordance with communicated timelines.
• Compile and communicate student progress through pre- and post-assessment data, progress reports, and other required compliance documentation to school leadership, parents, and classroom teachers.
• Establish and foster strong relationships with parents, creating a robust parent involvement program that encourages student engagement and academic achievement.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and school administration to build a strong professional community and ensure the integration of support services across the school.
