Job summary

Anywhere Integrated Services seeks an experienced Title Abstractor to research public records, review title documents, and assemble title abstracts for clients. The role requires 3+ years of Texas title examination experience, strong research skills, and proficiency with TIMS and Deed Plotter.

Excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail are essential. You will work within a national network that spans multiple states, delivering accurate settlements and timely reports to clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years Texas title abstracting/examination experience.
• Strong understanding of title examination process and procedures, related documentation, and their effect upon title.
• Residential examination experience with Acreage (metes and bounds) experience preferred.
• Proficient in TIMS, Deed Plotter, and county websites.
• Good research/investigation skills and understanding of legal terms.
• Excellent verbal/written skills and attention to detail with customer service focus.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, meet deadlines, and follow procedures.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office and Acrobat.
• Attention to detail with analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow new skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research of the public real property records regarding the status of title and encumbrances affecting property.
• Review documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages, deeds, probate records, trust agreements etc.
• Read and interpret real estate documents, legal proceedings, maps, and surveys.
• Responsible for assembling Title Abstracts/Reports of various types to be sold to our clients.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

• Must be able to prioritize according to departmental guidelines, have a high level of organization, ability to consistently meet deadlines, work with constantly changing priorities demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow procedures/processes.
