Position Overview

Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking a Title Examiner for Florida Title Production. The role involves creating title packages and reports, ensuring title accuracy, and working with offshore and onsite teams.

Location

Hybrid based in Maitland, FL.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Search and examine property records using the Title Plant and production software to create title packages and reports.
• Work with offshore team members to support document searches and analysis.
• Mandate strong customer service and contribute to smooth settlement processes.
• Identify and report defects or discrepancies in the title chain.
• Meet productivity goals and turnaround times.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3–5 years of Florida title search and examination experience.
• Knowledge of foreclosures, probates, and bankruptcy and their impact on title.
• Experience with Title Point and Title Wave a plus but not required.
• Good computer and typing skills.
• Detail oriented and able to meet productivity goals.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation will include a base salary (exempt) or hourly rate (non‑exempt) plus potential bonus or commission eligibility. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, matching 401(k) plan, and a matching employee stock purchase plan.
