Cowlitz County Title is a locally owned firm serving the community for over 43 years. We seek a Preliminary Title Typist to perform data input and support title and escrow operations in Longview, WA.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of related experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to cross-train and support client referrals. Benefits include healthcare, 401K, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with Title and Escrow processes beneficial.
• Experience in Financial Services or Real Estate Title preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Preliminary Title Typist duties and data input tasks.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Participate in cross-training to support team coverage.
• Contribute to accuracy and efficiency of title reports and closing documents.
