Job summary

Netflix, Inc. is seeking a Data Lead for the Title Data Management team in Content Data Management (CBP). You will own the lifecycle view of title data, define frameworks, and partner with product and engineering to shape data models and workflows.

You will build partnerships, measure impact with metrics, and guide cross-domain collaboration to ensure data integrity across formats and systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in entertainment data, databases, or data management.
• Experience across product and engineering teams and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize ambiguous problems into clear frameworks.
• Ability to scope, research, and define workflow solutions independently.
• Experience creating roadmaps and dependencies with technical and business teams.
• Project management skills with milestone tracking across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evolve data models and taxonomies.
• Prioritize critical learning areas based on business needs and content formats.
• Assess impacts of adjacent-system changes and guide team response.
• Develop documentation for changes within the title lifecycle and workflows.
• Define operational rules for new content formats and handoff specs.
• Maintain cross-domain duplicate detection to prevent downstream issues.
• Partner with Data Lead on title integrity and rules migration.
• Work with Data Quality Analysts to inform operations and knowledge docs.
• Set goals and metrics for the lifecycle domain and report to leadership.
• Contribute to roadmap initiatives and annual strategic goals.
