Qualifications

• Experience in title insurance or real estate closings is preferred.

• Clear, professional communication with clients, agents, and lenders is essential.
• Ohio title agent license is a plus; licensure support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real estate closings with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders.
• Prepare settlement statements and closing disclosures; balance and disburse escrow funds.
• Review title commitments, surveys, payoffs, and lender instructions to confirm closing readiness.
• Coordinate with lenders, agents, and clients to schedule closings and resolve issues.
• Handle post-closing work including recording, policy issuance, disbursement, and file management.
