Job description

Stan McNabb Chevrolet Cadillac of Columbia is actively seeking a highly reliable and well-organized Title Clerk/Office Administrator to join our team. If you have a positive attitude and are hardworking, you are capable of multi-tasking and have extraordinary attention to detail, then this might be the right opportunity for you!!

Responsibilities
  • Stocking in New and used vehicle inventory.
  • Process all Dealer Trades.
  • Process wholesale deals.
  • Receipting funds received regarding vehicle purchases.
  • Reviews all deal paperwork to send to banks/lenders.
  • Finalize all Deals in Accounting.
  • Process Title and Tag applications for all New and Used vehicles.
  • Correct errors on tag work returned from the County and/or States.
  • Prepare and issue check payments to banks, customers and/or vendors.
  • Follow up if title or lien release is not received.
  • Reconciles assigned schedules weekly and posts necessary adjustments.
  • Assist Manager in various projects and create reports as necessary.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Having notary or willing to obtain notary a must.
  • Experience working at a dealership.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Self-starter with ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and can-do mentality.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks promptly.
  • Hardworking personality, shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve.
