Responsibilities

• Provides direct customer service.
• Handles telephone and/or email inquiries.
• Completes Motor Vehicle forms and title documents.
• Maintains organized office and paperwork.
• Scans and files documents and maintains inventory control.
• Prepares transactions for Motor Vehicle Run and reviews completed items.
• Contacts clients as reminders for pending items.
• Researches, verifies and processes documents for titles and registrations.
• Processes handicap permits.
• Interacts politely with the general public daily.
