Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, and related paperwork
• Process lien releases and title corrections
• Review deals and verify title documentation for accuracy
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Management
• Maintain accurate vehicle and title records
• Track outstanding titles and registration paperwork
• Submit and follow up on title and registration transactions
• Communicate with customers regarding title and registration status
• Ensure paperwork meets state and dealership requirements
• Enter and maintain information in CDK
• Assist with other dealership accounting and administrative duties as needed

EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TITLE CLERK WANTED

Sands Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our dealership team.

We are seeking someone who understands dealership title processing, vehicle registrations, lien releases, retail paperwork, and state title requirements and can keep transactions accurate and moving efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, and related paperwork
• Process lien releases and title corrections
• Review deals and verify title documentation for accuracy
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Management
• Maintain accurate vehicle and title records
• Track outstanding titles and registration paperwork
• Submit and follow up on title and registration transactions
• Communicate with customers regarding title and registration status
• Ensure paperwork meets state and dealership requirements
• Enter and maintain information in CDK
• Assist with other dealership accounting and administrative duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS

COMPENSATION

$22–$26 PER HOUR DOE

Pay based on automotive title experience, dealership experience, and qualifications.
