Forbes Todd in Dallas is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to join our growing team. We are a family-owned and operated dealership with over 30 years in the Dallas area, focused on employee growth and a positive culture.

You will handle registration for new and used vehicles, tax and title documents, DMV submissions, and title verifications. The role requires 3 years of prior experience and offers a pathway for internal promotion.

Qualifications

• 3 years of automotive title clerk experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process All New and Used Vehicles for Registration In The State In Which They Will Be Titled.
• Prepare Tax and Title Documents.
• Submit All Legal Transfer Work To The Department Of Motor Vehicles.
• Maintain A System To Verify Out-Of-State Titles.
• Compile and Maintains A Complete List Of All Outstanding Title Work.
• Sign Over Titles for All Wholesalers Who Have Paid In Full.
• Stay Abreast Of Title Regulations.
• Maintain Schedules with Weekly Updates to the Assistant Controller
• Courtesy Deliveries
• Loaner Registration
