Job summary

Triumph is seeking an Assistant Controller / Finance Manager to lead day-to-day accounting, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive operational excellence within the Finance team in North Wales, PA. You will oversee AP, AR, GL, payroll, month-end and year-end closes, support budgeting and forecasting, and mentor staff while ensuring GAAP compliance.

A Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance is required (CPA or CMA preferred) with 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience and ERP

Position Overview

The Assistant Controller / Finance Manager plays a key role in the financial leadership of the organization, supporting the Controller and Finance leadership team in managing day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy of financial reporting, and driving operational excellence across the finance function.
