Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Paralegal for a well known full service law firm with offices in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. The position focuses on title and survey matters, including reviewing commitments, drafts, closings, and coordinating with title companies and surveyors.

Candidates should have 5+ years of paralegal experience in title and survey work, excellent research and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a strong focus on title and survey matters.
• Proven experience in reviewing, analyzing, and managing title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
