Job summary

Northwest Finance Center in Eugene, OR is hiring a Title & Registration Specialist I to coordinate vehicle purchases and ensure government paperwork is accurate and timely. This role handles inbound and outbound title/registration processing for LAD business channels and assists customers with questions via chat, phone, and CRM/email.

The position requires 1+ year of dealership or DMV paperwork experience, strong multi-tasking abilities, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a vehicle dealership and/or processing vehicle registration paperwork.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print, review, and analyze inbound purchase and title/registration documents for accuracy and submit to government agencies.
• Print, review, and analyze outbound sale documents for accuracy and file with agencies.
• Communicate with customers via chat, phone, and CRM/email to resolve issues.
• Follow up with LAD personnel on issues needing correction during purchase or sale.
• Resolve registration/title issues and provide timely updates to customers.

Join us and be part of a team where your impact truly drives our goal of Auto Done Easy!The Title and Registration (T&R) Specialist I is an individual contributor who is responsible for coordinating customer vehicle purchases for any LAD business channel ensuring all purchase and DMV paperwork is accurate and processed timely for either the purchase or sale of vehicles.The T&R Specialist I generally will report to either a Title and Registration Supervisor or Accounting Supervisor.Location: Eugene,ORMonday- Friday 8am - 5pmCompensation Range: with a typical starting range of $17.80-$26.45. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
