Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
  • Ability to follow established processes and manage repetitive, detail-driven tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive on public roads.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure newly released vehicles are properly stocked with required safety equipment and documentation.
  • Drive vehicles to and from repair shops and service locations as needed.
  • Support the Fleet Manager with vehicle title processing, registration, and renewals.
  • Coordinate and track annual inspections and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical fleet records.
  • Prepare and submit DMV and regulatory paperwork.
  • Monitor and track deadlines for registrations, inspections, and compliance activities.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors regarding documentation and status updates.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support daily fleet operations.
  • Assist with additional fleet-related projects as needed.

Work Environment

This role requires flexibility to work across office, garage, and outdoor settings, supporting a variety of fleet‑related activities.

Work schedule = M-F 9-5pm

Pay Rate = $20 per hour
