Our established, very successful and growing financial services client is seeking Title Agency Audit Manager to join their Pittsburgh, PA area team in office.

The Title Agency Audit Manager will be responsible for reviewing agency processes, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and assisting with quality control programs maintenance and mitigating risk.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite evaluations of external partners to ensure adherence to operational standards and internal protocols.
• Support the design and execution of quality assurance reviews and compliance monitoring activities.
• Coordinate documentation, reporting, and scheduling across teams.
• Lead risk-based assessments, partner offboarding processes, and ensure proper handling of sensitive materials. Prepare internal reports and presentations to communicate findings and support decision-making.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations highlighting risk findings, trends, and recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years title industry experience; a real estate transactional background is a plus.
• Knowledge of ALTA Best Practices, real estate closings, escrow and underwriting audits, and title insurance.
• Strong attention to detail.
