Zyve, a nationally recognized accounting and consulting organization, is hiring a full-time, remote Audit Manager to lead assurance engagements for a diverse portfolio of real estate clients. You'll join a collaborative team with a reputation for expertise in affordable housing and specialized real estate sectors.

This role emphasizes relationship management, technical accounting expertise, and the ability to mentor staff while identifying opportunities to grow services.

Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• Progressive public accounting experience in assurance, including managing complex audit engagements.
• Experience serving clients in the real estate sector; familiarity with affordable housing, LIHTC, or other specialized real estate sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements, prioritize deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory matters related to real estate.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Review engagement workpapers and financial statements, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated solutions that address clients’ evolving needs.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the firm’s Real Estate Assurance Services practice.

• Experience serving clients in the real estate sector; familiarity with affordable housing, LIHTC, historic tax credits, renewable energy, Opportunity Zones, or other specialized real estate sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements, prioritize deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Excellent client relationship management, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Business development experience or a strong interest in supporting practice growth.

Additional Benefits & Details:

• This is a full‑time, remote position with occasional office visits
• Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed based on workload and client needs.
