Job summary

CPP Corporation, a leading aerospace supplier, seeks an experienced TIG Welder to weld titanium castings in a controlled chamber. The role requires at least one year of titanium welding experience and the ability to pass a welding test within four weeks.

You will work with a team to repair castings and ensure conformance to specifications. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable handling up to 50 lb loads, reading measurement tools, and following precise

Qualifications

• Completion of formal vocation program and/or 1 year or more TIG welding experience required.
• Must pass welding test within 4 weeks of start date.
• Must pass an annual eye exam.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• HS diploma or equivalent GED required; relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• TIG weld titanium castings in a chamber under argon atmosphere.
• Repair castings using calipers, profile templates, and measurement tools.
• Collaborate on rework plans to conform to specifications.
• Load/unload castings from chamber; maintain clean, orderly work area.
• Read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
