Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Proficient in precision measuring techniques using tools such as measuring tapes.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure.
• Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and data entry.
• Strong reading comprehension to follow written instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate Speedway and Hydraulic Press to compact titanium sponge into titanium pucks for melt operations.
• Gather, inspect, and deliver raw materials to production lines to maintain material flow and quality.
• Assist in training departmental personnel across processes.
• Maintain standard records and reports for inventory and process data.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform tasks using gauges, controls, weigh scales, and basic arithmetic.
