Organogenesis Inc. is seeking a Tissue Regeneration Associate to support our sales efforts in the assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with customers, perform consultative calls, and apply product and disease-state knowledge to drive success.

The role includes supporting the TRS in clinics and hospitals, assisting with surgical cases when appropriate, and ensuring SOX compliance. Significant travel (up to 50%) may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred experience in a medical sales role.
• Additional relevant education (in a medical sales training program) and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support sales in the assigned territory by building strong customer relationships and conducting consultative calls with physicians and support staff.
• Utilize product and disease-state knowledge to drive sales and follow a territory business plan.
• Support surgical cases where appropriate and assist TRS in the territory.
• Ensure internal controls activities are completed in full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
• Travel up to 50% of the time as needed.

What You Will Achieve:

The Tissue Regeneration Associate (TRA) will be responsible supporting the sales expectations of the assigned territory. Success is realized by building strong customer relationships, conducting consultative sales producing calls, utilizing solid product and disease state technical knowledge, developing and following a solid territory business plan, and reporting sales related activities to upper management through a call reporting system. This position will be responsible for supporting the TRS in the territory, supporting the product to physicians and support staff in clinicsand hospitals, and will require to support surgical cases where and when appropriate. Responsible for ensuring that all internal controls activities are completed in full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Significant travel up to 50% of time may be required depending on circumstances.

The anticipated annualized base salary for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 and reflects current market data for similarly-sized life science companies and internal equity. Organogenesis is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based increases, eligibility for our 401(k) plan with competitive company match, medical, dental, vision, education assistance, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state and federal law. This position is also eligibleto earn additional compensation of $57,600 at target under our sales incentive compensation plan.Our time-off policy includes paid vacation days, paid company holidays, and paid sick time. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education, and other factors permitted by law.
