Solvita is seeking a detail-oriented Records Auditor to verify and reconcile paper and electronic tissue records, and to scan recovery paperwork into the database. You will investigate discrepancies and track trends in documentation quality, while supporting process improvements and policy creation.

The role requires strong accuracy, basic computer skills, and effective communication with internal and external customers in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) preferred. Familiarity with FDA and AATB regulations.
• Familiarity with Medical terminology.

Responsabilités

• Audit and reconcile paper and electronic records daily.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Scan recovery paperwork into appropriate database.
• Track documentation errors and identify trends.
• Audit and reconcile other processes and records as assigned.
• Participate in process improvements and create/update policies, work instructions, and nonconformance documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
