Job summary

CorneaGen in South San Francisco, CA is seeking a Long-Term Tissue Processing Technologist to join our team. This full-time, hourly position offers on-the-job training and opportunities to work on tissue processing for glaucoma treatment and related applications.

The role is 40 hours per week, with a core schedule 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, and requires in-person work. Compensation starts at $25.40/hour and goes to $27.00/hour, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; lab or healthcare experience is a bonus.
• Ability to collaborate on a team with strong attention to detail and effective communication.
• BS in life sciences is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Long-term tissue processing, storage processing, and administrative tasks.
• Lab cleaning support, distribution, and quality control of labeling/packaging.
• Maintain efficient production operations for CorneaGen.
