Job summary

AlloSource is seeking a Tissue Processing Technician in Centennial, CO to operate in a controlled work area and perform aseptic processing of human tissue and cell products.

You will follow SOPs and WIs, complete accurate processing records, and work rotating holidays with potential overtime. AlloSource offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, time-off and life insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of general work experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend detailed procedures, written and verbal instruction in English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to aseptic technique and processing practices per applicable standards.
• Interpret applicable product specifications and perform tasks according to established procedures and company expectations.
• Complete accurate processing records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
• Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current Standard Operating Procedures/work instructions, training requirements, safety practices and company policies.
• On a rotating schedule this position will work on company observed holidays.
• Overtime and call-in work will be determined as needed.
• May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Summary

The Tissue Processing Technician works in a Controlled Work Area (CWA) and is responsible for:

• CS (Central Services)
  • Decontaminating, cleaning, and sterilizing reusable equipment and supplies that are utilized in Production.
• Tissue Processing
  • Safely and aseptically processing human tissue and cell products according to applicable SOPs, WIs, and product specifications.
  • Depending on the product/process, the Tissue Processing Technician may utilize various tools, equipment, machinery, and chemicals.

Application Anticipated Deadline: Aug 17, 2026

Pay: $24.00/hr.

Shift Differential: $22/hr plus $2/hr shift differential for the night shift

Shift: Monday-Thursday; 3:30pm - 2:00am (4 days onsite)

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of general work experience

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
• AATB and/or CTBS certification
• Certification in Sterile Processing and Distribution (CSPD)
• Experience performing aseptic technique and in medical or laboratory environment
• Previous FDA and/or Tissue Banking experience
• Previous tissue/cell processing or Central Supply experience
