The role works closely with team members and production leadership to achieve performance goals. Responsibilities include assembling products per instructions, operating supplies, and applying skills in suturing, instrument handling, and basic anatomy understanding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using computer systems at basic level (Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom).
• Experience using ERP systems and SAP.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble tissue products according to standard instructions and prints.
• Operate and set up production supplies and equipment.
• Demonstrate suturing and instrument handling skills in daily tasks.
• Maintain hygienic workspace and follow safety procedures.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives with team leads.
• Use Agile/SAP to document work and track time.
