Job summary

QTS is seeking a Production Operator Assembler II to perform complex machine operations, assembly and inspection. This intermediate role requires proficiency across production areas, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The position covers assembly, production operations and secondary processes, with emphasis on detailed measurement, documentation and compliant workmanship in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or cleanroom experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using basic hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Use precision measurement tools for verification.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools.
• Complete detailed documentation and ensure ISO/cGMP compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.
• Crosstrain and assist in onboarding new team members.
• Maintain an organized, clean work area following 5S.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and quality requirements.
• Support Quality System and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate issues with materials, equipment, or processes promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assemble and package components and medical devices with increased complexity.
