Job summary

You will operate equipment, perform line clearances, inspect work, and document activities while supporting teammates and maintenance of accuracy and safety. Onsite role with emphasis on attendance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Ability to work in a team and follow GMP/GDP practices.
• Must be able to use clocks, timers, tools and rulers.
• Able to work in a clean room environment and wear required apparel.

Responsibilities

• Assemble a variety of products according to standard work instructions and prints.
• Operate and set up production equipment/fixtures as needed.
• Become proficient at multiple assembly tasks while meeting workmanship, safety and productivity requirements.
• Perform line clearance and changeover prep work.
• Inspect own and others' work and perform simple repairs.
• Mentor others as needed and document manufacturing activities accurately.
• Maintain material identification and count accuracy; report shortages.
• Follow all policies and maintain excellent attendance.
