Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 years of work experience or more.
• Experience using a computer, tablet or smartphone in a work environment; ability to troubleshoot equipment in practical settings.

Responsibilities

• Work with team members to learn and advance knowledge and skills.
• Use a tablet to manage routines and issue safe work permits (OBC).
• Take on additional duties as training progresses in the paper making process.
• Complete safety training including lockout/tagout, fall protection, confined space entry, forklift safety, and Safe My Life permits.
• Walk or stand for the majority of a 12-hour shift; climb multiple flights of stairs; lift up to 50 lbs.
