Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Broadway facility in Green Bay, WI is hiring Machine Operators to support safe and efficient manufacturing of paper products. You will operate equipment, monitor systems, and work as part of a cohesive team in a high-volume plant.

The role features a rotating 12-hour shift schedule with a starting rate of $25–$27 per hour, plus a $3.00 per hour shift premium for all night hours (6:00 PM–6:00 AM).

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer, tablet, OR smartphone.
• Speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Monitor and/or enter data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Inspect product to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform basic asset care duties including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area.
• Work as a team to meet production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Maintain safety rules and use protective equipment.
• Attend regular shifts and training sessions as required.
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and pulling for up to 12 hours in a loud industrial environment.
