Qualifications

  • PhD in biology-related field and strong publication record.
  • 3+ years of research in pulmonary biology, endothelial biology or tissue engineering.
  • 2+ years in industry and/or postdoctoral training.
  • Experience with imaging and multiple biological assays.
  • First-author publication in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute in vitro experiments with lung cell types on 3D-printed models.
  • Develop culture systems, co-culture methods and bioreactor strategies.
  • Develop assays to evaluate tissue formation and maturation.
  • Record results, write reports, and present findings.
  • Coordinate with supervisor on project directions and results.
  • Contribute to IP, regulatory filings and publications when needed.
  • Maintain communication with internal teams and external vendors.
