Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, vehicle fitments, and tire packages.
• Assist customers in finding in-stock wheel and/or tire packages.
• Compile quote sheets for customers.
• Explain payment options and program details to customers.
• Process warranty claims for customers.
• Place calls to draw in new or previous customers.
• Keep inventory properly tagged and stocked.
