Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales management.
• Automotive repair industry experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's Licenses.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs for tires and services with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Recommend and sell tires, services, and accessories aligned with customer requirements and store goals.
• Manage sales transactions across retail, wholesale, and national accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee shop workflow to balance service sales with available staff, equipment, and time.
• Track inventory levels and maintain organized point-of-sale displays.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including deposits and basic shop support tasks.
• Lead by example to promote a clean, organized showroom and customer-friendly environment.
• Demonstrate multitasking to manage customer interactions, sales activity, and priorities.
