Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install and service tires and wheels, perform maintenance, and deliver excellent customer care. You will test, rotate, balance, and calibrate TPMS systems and assist with offsite and emergency road services.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries; using and maintaining equipment.
• Assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
