Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Portland, OR is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install, maintain and sell tires and wheels while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store. You will perform tire changes, rotations, TPMS relearn/calibration and related tasks per company standards.

We offer on-the-job training, a competitive hourly wage of $16.50–$26.45 with benefits after eligibility, including medical/dental/vision, a company retirement plan, paid time off and tuition

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift 35-75 pounds and perform physical tasks daily.
Willingness to learn tire installation, maintenance and sales processes.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain tires and wheels, including balancing and TPMS calibration.
Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; service batteries and related components.
Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite tasks.
Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
Follow company policies and Code of Conduct.
